The Space:

Unit G708 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo on the the 4th floor of Gearhart House.





Unit has two TV's, one in the master bedroom, the other located in the living room with a DVD player. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bathrooms have Walk-in showers only. NO BATH TUBS.





Golf course, tennis courts, and pickle ball court nearby. Walk to the beach in just minutes.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





No Pets allowed.

Fun Weekend

We were rained out of our planned camping trip and so we decided to go to the coast first. We were grateful to find an available condo. The view was beautiful. The condo was cozy and met our needs perfectly.

Older property that has been updated, nice view, TV doesn’t work and the internet is very slow.

Comfortable for 2 couples, nice convenient location. If you’re doing any cooking the kitchen has the bare bare minimum so bring everything you need.

Great place for a fall getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our fall getaway in Gearhart. Comfortable cozy accommodations for the two of us. Lovely view. Easy access to miles of beach. Since we were eating most of our meals "at home", had to get a little creative with food prep in the meagerly supplied kitchen, but we always managed to find a pot or utensil that would do the job. Negatives: DVD player wasn't working and the wifi was poor to fair.

The place was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the view of the ocean from the unit was great. I would have wanted just two more things....it was extremely difficult to get the tv to accept input from the dvd. We even called maintenance. They tried to help and couldn't figure it out either. We did find there were no batteries in the dvd remote, but that didn't help anyway. Instructions would have been nice. There were no condiments at all. The pepper shaker was empty and the salt was almost there. I am used to at least having those available. These are minor troubles. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.
