The Space:

T444 is a very nicely furnished 2 Bedroom unit in Pacific Terraces on the 2nd floor.





It has a south west ocean view. There is a King bed in main bedroom and 2 Twins in 2nd bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. There is a Washer and dryer to wash any unexpected items you got wet while playing at the beach. The unit has hard wood floors throughout.





With this complex you have access to the building with a Pool Only.





This unit allows one pet. The pet charge is $20.00 per day. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.





This unit does not allow discounts on holiday weekends.





This unit sleeps up to 6 people maximum.

Sadly Disappointed

Check in process was terrible - did not receive a confirmation with instructions (and no, not even in junk folder), and had to do extensive googling to figure this out while trying not to have a panic that maybe we had been scammed - could not reach host on App as it didn't work. Bathrooms not remodeled as the rest of the unit - shower heads for people under 5'7"max, my 2 6'+ sons had to scrunch down, extra low counters - awesome if you're not tall people. Sofa bed did not lay flat, significant slant, my sister had to sleep on the couch. Busy beach access street with cars constantly going over speed limit on a street that is supposed to be 25mph. Construction noise on all sides weekdays, including building maintenance grinding on tile decks immediately behind. New construction and remodels. Access to pool, but not the pool with the spa or exercise room, and no parking at that pool clear on the other side of the large property. Definitely not a relaxing quiet getaway on the Oregon Coast. I have stayed in a lot of places in Gearhart, won't be coming back to this one. Really expensive for what we experienced.

Peaceful and quaint

I loved our stay at this property. Very clean and cozy. It’s close enough to all the tourist attractions but far enough away to be quiet and homey. Definitely blown away by this condo.

Although it was a little on the chilly side we loved our stay in Gearhart. We have stayed at Gearhart by the Sea several times over the year and really like the low profile units on the side and front. This unit is nicely updated and big!! Thank you!

Talula's First Beach Trip

We took our young dog "Talula" on her first trip away from home. The unit was very nice and we had a perfect get away. Thanks so much for making this unit dog friendly. We plan to come back with our grandchildren in the future.

Great beach location

This property is in a great location and is exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. This is a great place for a family to go to enjoy the beach for the wekeend. Walking distance to McMenamin's (1 block), the beach (1 block the other way), and walkable into Gearhart too. The only trouble we had was that there was no hot water in the condo during our 2 night stay. We discovered this on day 2 and although the desk and maintenance staff were quick to try and help, it could not be resolved. We were refunded part of our stay the next day.

Stylishly decorated second floor apartment with short walk to beach

We had a wonderful time in Gearhart at this property. Decor was an enchanting sea theme with high quality furniture and accessory touches, and very nice kitchen space.. Although it doesn't have much view, it's a very short walk to the beach, which is fabulous. It's a cozy and quiet space with comfortable beds; I recommend it highly!
