Located in Newtown, adjacent to the ‘Rotary Walk’ along the Barwon River, the unit is tucked away in the front garden, welcoming guests through its pink door and into its cosy abode. The unit opens into a snug lounge that leads to the kitchen and out into the courtyard. The lounge features a two-seater sofa, two lounge chairs, and a Smart TV, offering free Wi-Fi to log in and binge your favourite shows! The master bedroom, off the lounge area, has a sage green wall behind the plush queen bed, with bedside tables and lamps on either side. It also includes a built-in robe for your belongings. The kitchen, clean and functional with a touch of retro charm, is well equipped with a gas oven and stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and plenty of crockery. A split system air conditioner sits above the kitchen to keep the unit cosy or cool. Opposite the kitchen is the combined bathroom and laundry, with both classic and modern touches. It includes a shower, a separate toilet, a vanity, a washing machine, and a dryer. Exiting through the rear door, you step down into the charming courtyard, which offers a seating area for two among greenery.

The Neighbourhood
The home is located on the corner of Ballater Ave and Gairloch Gr in the city-adjacent suburb of Newtown, just across from Fyan’s Park. Pop out for a stroll along the Rotary Walk with the Barwon River right on your doorstep, which will take you to Balyang Sanctuary. Grab a bit to eat at Barwon Edge, a 15-minute walk down the road. A 5-minute drive in either direction, you can head to Pakington Street, where there are many delicious Cafés to choose from and Shopping at Boutiques. Or head down to the relaxed Highton village where there are even more Restaurants and fresh produce at Harvey’s.
Getting Around
There is a bus stop a minute’s walk around the corner where you can catch Route 24 (Geelong Station - North Geelong Station via Newtown), Geelong CBD is easily accessible via an 18-minute bus ride or 10-minute drive. There are also Ubers and Taxi’s readily available in the area. Free Parking is available for those with a car, inside the carport or on the street.
