Lake Erie views from the north side of this Lake House. First floor master suite with master bath, four bedrooms on the second floor with a full bathroom in each. Gourmet kitchen featuring a large sink, dishwasher, gas range, and large refrigerator. High speed wireless internet throughout the Lake House. Led smart TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room. Just steps from Mary's Kitchen and the rest of The Strip.

House configuration is as follows:
First Floor: One bedroom on the first floor with two XL Twin beds and attached full bath. There is a full size kitchen, a dining room that seats 7, a living room that with seating for 8, and a half bath. Second Floor: there are four bedrooms with bathrooms in each. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom with Full size bunk beds and a pull out trundle. Third floor Loft: the loft has a king size bed with an amazing lake view, a kitchenette with table and chairs, a small sectional, and a gorgeous bath.

Excellent Accomodations!

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this home. The owners thought of every detail, down to the beautiful decor. There were so many extra supplies, we have never stayed in a home so well stocked. The complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate were such a nice touch! Each bedroom had its own bath, as well as its own temperature controls, making each one of our 8 guests feel comfortable. There were so many unique games, no one could get bored at this property! Lastly, the location was perfect-walking distance to everything. We didn't even need to leave to see the annual fireworks celebration, as they were quite literally right outside the front porch! This home is lovely in every way and the owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Family Trip

What a lovely home. The downstairs is actually more roomy than it appears in the pictures on the VRBO site. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially. It was nicely appointed with patio furniture, so the family could sit out and visit. It had the bonus of a back and side yard for the children to play in. The bedrooms were furnished nicely and bathrooms were clean and good sized. it was convenient being right next to Mary’s Restaurant you’ll see in the pictures I’ve attached. The restaurant was not disruptive at all. If we are lucky enough to have this size of group again we would love to stay at the Dragonfly. Just a little tidbit, the children found hidden rocks and painted their own and exchanged them. We call them traveling rocks. It was a real treat for them to get to do it. They will now bring those rocks home and they will travel from their home town onward so if you rent there look for a rock.

Fabulous stay at Dragonfly

Great time at the Dragonfly. We had a group of friends for 40 years that hadn't been together for close to 20 years. Everyone had a great time. Location was excellent - easy walking to all points on the strip. Wish the weather was a little better, but that's about it.

Lovely, comfortable, amazing location

The Dragonfly is impeccable. So clean and astounding to have a bathroom in every bedroom. We had every bed filled and everyone in our group slept great. The kitchen is well stocked. We spent great time together as a group on the porch drinking coffee, and hit bars and restaurants to along the strip just a short walk away. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

Annual Winery and GOTL Visit

The property is beautiful and great for a large group. We love the location and view of the lake and enjoyed multiple days at the wineries in the area. The host has thought of everything making it very comfortable stay. We also liked the local shopping, dining and nightlife that was within walking distance.

Stunning House, Perfect Location, and Exceptional Hospitality

Pictures cannot even do justice to how incredibly beautiful this house is! Just wow!! It is the perfect location- central to everything in town, making it easy to walk everywhere. And the beach was only a few minutes away. That alone made the trip incredible. But the house itself was so gorgeous and comfortable- the host thought of everything. From the beautiful front porch and deck, to the spacious kitchen, to the amazing rooms (each with a tv and bathroom!) our family could not have been more comfortable. In addition, we were able to bring grandparents because of the lovely first floor bedroom/bathroom. It was a house that was loved by all, from children to elderly. Thank you to the host for helping create beautiful family memories!

Dragonfly at GOTL

home was just as described. right in the heart of GOTL. very clean, very large, each bedroom with its own bath. top floor is like an apartment with small galley kitchen. Sabrina thought of everything, and I mean everything. front and side porches great for sitting. large level yard great for outdoor games, fire pit with nice chairs. Mary's kitchen right next door for best breakfast in town. we will be back

Fun family getaway location

My family met in Geneva for the solar eclipse in early April, and this guesthouse was perfect for us. The house is cozy and welcoming, and it is updated and very well maintained. We cooked for almost every meal, and we enjoyed the selection of board games. No issues with TV and internet. We had nice weather, so we also took advantage of the porch, deck, grill, and firepit. We really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. The house has great gathering spaces but is also big enough that everyone can spread out to relax. Sabrina was very helpful and responsive with our questions on logistics. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were there during the off season for tourism, so some were closed—but we highly recommend Zeppe’s Pizza and Madsen Donuts. Also within walking distance is a nice trail and greenspace between Old Firehouse Winery and Lake Erie. We didn’t make it to Mary’s Kitchen, which is right next door, but based on the flow of people there, it must be great.
