There is no staff to help you with anything first of all, second I was received the wrong information about the free ride at the airport and it was cancelled 6 years ago. They did not send me my booking to fill out the check in form neither my access code on time. And there was no one to talk to. Had to send many messages and emails and no reply while I was waiting in the street with my luggages. After many failed attemps I contact Expedia and they gave me my booking number that I should have recorved a week before, and I filled out the form for check in, and then they were late sending me the access code. In general was not pleasant experience dealing with such a low manner people like that.

Hotel was in a handy location for accessing the train station and Geneva itself. Hotel was good but rooms where a little hot and the noise outside meant that you couldn't open the window overnight
