Welcome to Casa Luna, a luxurious seaside residential resort nestled along the coastline just south of Seven Mile Beach.

Inspired by Tuscan architecture, Casa Luna blends modern luxury living with award-winning landscaping design with onsite horticulturist to create a secluded Caribbean oasis to call your very own.

Casa Luna appeals to travelers who are considering a stand-alone luxury villa but desire more resort amenities, and those who are weighing the luxury and beach quality of a Seven Mile Beach condo but opt for additional privacy and fewer tourists. Casa Luna #14 is an upscale 4-bedroom oceanfront option to experience the best of both worlds--a spacious private residence with the convenience and resort amenities of a luxury oceanfront condo.

This multi-level residence offers an open-concept design, with bedroom suites on the top and ground levels. The living, dining, and kitchen are located on the main level and open onto a private ocean veranda with lounging areas. Three of the four king-bedroom suites have breathtaking ocean views. The fourth bedroom has a beautiful Juliet balcony with a garden and partial sea views.

The floor plan offers a great fit for both families, multiple couples, and executives. The spacious 5,032 square feet of living space offers a rare great value as well as room to spread out to make yourself feel at home.

Only 6 of the resort's 18 villas are currently available for short-term rental. Exclusive to villa owners and guests, the gated resort's elevated infinity pool + heated spa, fitness center, and barefoot sandy cove offer plenty of private seating and chaise lounges to enjoy at the beach, by the pool, and on the private patio.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

We Casa Luna

This is our second time staying at Casa Luna and we look forward to coming back again in the future. The property is perfect for a relaxing vacation without the crowds. The homes are lovely, well stocked and immaculately cleaned and decorated. The management company is a delight to work with. And the location and setting are to die for! The cove is great for little ones, and from there it is very easy to swim or paddle out to the ocean for more snorkeling and other adventures.The view from the pool is breathtaking and there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas to relax on. And we loved sitting on the porch of #5 reading, playing board games or playing the guitar watching the sun go down. We loved everything about our stay and cannot recommend Casa Luna more highly!
