The SeaClusion location to Georgetown, Exuma Grocery market, liquor stores, Straw Market and small boutiques is great. We met the host during our stay and he was very friendly. The house layout is great for lots of guests and we had 10 adults and 1 toddler. The view is very pretty and pool size great. Overall it worked for us. Cons: it does need a good deep cleaning, and furniture cleaned. A combo Keurig pod/coffee pot machine would be nice, add a hand mixer and a vacuum cleaner that worked would help keep the floors clean during our stay. The master bathtub set up was about to fall apart, couldnât use or figure out how to turn the water on. Pool heater wasnât working. Watching tv, not easy to figure out and you have to have your own streaming accts to use it, not very user friendly. Water temperature in showers would change from cold, hot cold without notice on you so watch out! We had a handicapped person with us and going down to the beach well we didnât. Stairs too steep and no handrails. Nor no handrails for pool steps. Not much beach in front nor are you able to walk the beach like we hoped. When we arrived most of the safes were messed up and the host had to come fix, he also told us the heater on the pool wasnât working. My husband has ALS (they tend to be cold all the time) and was looking forward to the warm pool during our stay we did an afternoon excursion on Friday. Host asked to install new washer/dryer during that time. Beds/pillows average.
