If I can rate it a zero I would. The staff was rude, no one answers the phone, we stood waiting to check in and nobody addressed us. The sheets were not change and the staff had an attitude to change them at our request. The hotel was nice enough but the staff needs training. The guests are the reason they are employed and they need to make the guests feel welcomed.

It was well staff to your every, and all of your hospitality need's, the staff was very friendly courteous and respectful. Security was Forth Knox style, you were protected like Gold, clean and well put-together rooms. the breakfast was over the top, all natural squeeze tropical juices along with a variety of fresh fruits, What not there, just ask and if it can, it will be rendered, I've been coming there for over 5yrs now, and not about to change now. "Love it" Thank You All For A Memorable Stay, "Always"
As you enter the entrance this is what you see along with the massive size of the building with all it's floors that carry's a Balcony to take in the breath taking scenery.

Property needs better maintenance overall for claiming to be an International hotel chain. Bathrooms and sinks needs proper repair bathroom door handle and toilet door handle, cleaning shower enclosure and around sinks, replacing corroded parts, cleaning dusty lamps etc.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years as a business traveler. This time around I must say I was very disappointed. The food was HORRIBLE, from the breakfast to lunch to dinner. On one occasion I got STALE rice with my order and was very disheartened it only one example. I think it is due to the new staff that this hotel brought on. I am reconsidering staying at a different hotel on my future trips.

Everything was great except the view and washroom layout. The view from our balcony was obstructed by another part of the hotel so you couldn’t see anything but a roof. The washroom door was difficult to open (the toilet was way too close to the door) also, the upper shower head did not work. The staff were friendly

Horrible Experience Beware of Credit Card Fraud and Scamming Staff I had a terrible experience at the Ramada Georgetown Princess Hotel that no guest should ever have to go through. Not once, but twice, staff at the hotel restaurant attempted to steal my credit card. On top of that, I later discovered a fraudulent charge of $727 USD placed on my card without my authorization. To make matters worse, this wasn't just a one-off issue. It's clear that this is part of a larger scam operation, and shockingly, hotel management seems complicit or completely indifferent. When I brought up the fraudulent charge, there was no effort to help, investigate, or take responsibility. The entire experience was deeply unsettling and unprofessional. If you value your money, safety, and peace of mind, DO NOT stay at this hotel. I highly advise others to avoid this place until proper security measures are put in place and the corrupt behavior is addressed.

This was a disappointing stay. Check-in was frustratingly slow due to unorganized staff. Once I finally got to the room, I was shocked to find roaches. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided upon arrival, and housekeeping never showed up during my stay. For the price, basic standards like cleanliness, prompt service, and fresh towels should be a given. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

I arrived at 3pm for check-in I was told that the room was not ready and to come back in 20 minutes. I decided to have some beers at the pool bar area. I returned to the front desk at 4:15 and the room still wasn't ready. I was not checked in until 4:30. Room decor was very dated and furniture was worn. The TV was small relative to the size of the room. The TV only accessed 6 of the 20 something channels which were extremely blurry with one channel not being visible at all. The remote was missing a battery and I had to call housekeeping to bring fresh batteries. Speaking of housekeeping, I also requested washclothes as there were none in the bathroom. I requested two and I was questioned as to how many people were in my room which should not matter whatsoever. An hour later I was brought one washcloth from housekeeping. The patio door lock was broken allowing access from outside the room. The thermostat did not work so I could not adjust the temperature in the room. The wifi was terrible. I had to go back to the front desk after check in because the staff member who checked me in did not give me the wifi login and they would not give me a password over the phone. The room experience was terrible. Because of that I actually checked out early. I refused to spend a night in that room. The only reason I didn't rate my stay to the lowest choice is that the front desk and pool bar staff were courteous.
