Of all the places we have rented on DeBordieu, this was the MOST PERFECT! The house is beautiful, comfortable, VERY CLEAN, Very well appointed with a kitchen lacking for nothing! We loved sitting on the beautiful porch, fishing from the dock with our granddaughters, and simply relaxing! We hope to return very soon!

Gorgeous location and view over the marsh. A short bike or golf cart ride to the beach club. Well appointed, comfortable home. Perfect for two families.

Wonderful week

Thank you all for an excellent rental experience. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The office staff were very friendly and helpful and we will see you again next year. This is our fifth year renting and we have loved every year. The only issue we had was a very rude security guard at the gate upon arrival. He refused to come over to the car, yet complained that he could not hear what I said from the passenger seat. Other than that it was a perfect week.

liked the house. it was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the marsh. someone does need to check the cooktop as at least 1 burner does not work. did not like the lawn service taking 3 hours to cut grass and bushes next door early in the morning. the blowers and trimmer noises were tiresome. would suggest they work on fridays so less disruptive to paying guests.

We had such a wonderful week in the Marsh House. This is a perfect house for a large family. There is an upstairs living area which is perfect for kids. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

We have rented the Marsh House for at least 5 years and love the house and the location. My complaints do not keep us from returning. However the kitchen, while spacious and lovely is a problem. Our extended family rents 4 houses/condos for this week and we cook at least 6 dinners. The ovens have always been a problem. Both ovens are extremely slow to heat and the door on the lower oven does not close completely so it does not maintain a temperature as it should. The exhaust fan on the gas cooktop does not function. And there are no large pots for pasta, shrimp boils, etc.
