Morning arrives gently here. Light spreads across the water, the dock waits just beyond the lawn, and kayaks rest along the shoreline for the first quiet paddle of the day. Coffee moves easily from the kitchen to the outdoor deck where multiple seating areas overlook the lake and set the pace for everything that follows.
The deck becomes the center of the stay. Lounge seating invites slow mornings and shaded afternoons, while outdoor dining areas gather everyone together for meals with the lake always in view. Conversations continue across the seating spaces long after the grills have cooled, making the deck one of the most used areas of the property from sunrise through evening.
Afternoons unfold between the water and the lawn. Swim from the dock, paddle along the shoreline, or spend the day boating across Lake Sinclair before returning to relax in the outdoor lounge areas. The open setting keeps the lake visible from nearly every outdoor space, maintaining a strong connection to the water throughout the day.
Inside, the home blends clean modern design with comfortable gathering spaces arranged for relaxed lake living. Bedrooms provide restful retreats while the game room offers a place for evening entertainment or quiet downtime after full days outdoors.

Located on Lake Sinclair, the home provides private dock access with nearby marinas, dining, and everyday conveniences a short drive away.

NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
Max of 6 people allowed at the property at Anytime.
No outside speakers
No more than 4 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock.

We do monitor our ring outdoor camera.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
