This hotel provided everything we needed. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff we encountered was polite and friendly. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel had easy access to get where we wanted to be for the day(s). Highly recommend

I wasn't expecting 5 star going in. I felt like it was clean and comfortable until I went to bed. The mattress was terrible. I needed a good night sleep and didn't get one. I told the front desk person. He picked up a pen and paper to write it down but never wrote anything. Good luck with the next guy I guess.

This hotel is older and the wear shows. However, it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the museum and battlefield. Would stay again.

Wanted to love this place as we were there for 6 nights. Great location and comfy beds and large room. Lots of plugs for charging and nice sized tv. But terrible water pressure in shower. Wall shampoo and conditioner in shower and body lotion on wall by mirror. BUT NO BODY WASH. Just tiny bar of soap. They only come in to clean once every 3 days and DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE SOAP BAR! Also left empty Kleenex box! Worst was a hotel this size NOT HAVING GUEST LAUNDRY! We were there as part of a longer trip and it was a major inconvenience. Gym is tiny… you are literally on top of one another on machines. Pool looked small. TVs in lobby and breakfast room HAVE ONLY WEATHER CHANNEL ON 24/7. Had to reput info in at least 3 times a day for WiFi and with each having a phone and tablet it was a pain! Breakfast ok but eggs were usually cold. Maybe if we were there over night these things wouldn’t matter but for 6 nights these things made for a so so stay.

Gettysburg Stay 9/21 - 9/25

Everything was great. Food was abundant for our stay, parks easy to reach, but most of all the service at the front desk was awesome. We would like to acknowledge and mention Dylan. He was a gracious, polite, and friendly professional, all the way.
