We were a late check-in. Nobody was at the counter when we arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for someone. Once someone came to get us a room, there was confusion as to what room we were getting, the one we had reserved was given to someone else earlier in the day. I understand that this is a tourist town but having uniformed security guards posted at each floor was a little weird. I asked and the guard said they were required to be there because of the groups of school children staying there. The overall accommodations were ok, the atmosphere was a little too "Disney" for me, everyone was pleasant to deal with but overall it just asn't what I was expecting from a Wyndham property.

Great comfort at a great price

We’ve stayed here numerous times and never disappointed. This place is well priced for the comfort and amenities you get. A quiet location with ample food choices close by. Restaurant onsite and diner next door. Indoor pool, whirlpool, and gym onsite that are worth it.

Civil war visit

First time in Gettysburg. Nice Civil War ambiance with the hotel’s decor. Location is close to town. “Diner” restaurant on property was inexpensive and food was good. Definitely a great place.

Would not recommend! Very disorganized-gave us the wrong room twice (too long of a story to elaborate). Huge inconvenience with three young kids, but the staff at front desk were very kind and offered us free breakfast vouchers. The hotel and rooms are very outdated. The blanket (in plainview) has a huge rip. Entry light blown. Bathroom fan didn't work. Elevators are super slow. The room isn't the cleanest. No microwave. TV is tiny. The location is amazing-quiet country setting with restaurants and stores within 5 minutes.

It was quiet but the room was dated. Room had some damage that seemed like it should have been easily repaired but was not... bent lamp and shower floor needed to be re-grouted. Ice machine on my floor did not work.
