Very well located near charming Geyserville and just 15 minutes north of the Healdsburg Plaza, Doxie Ranch, a beautiful newly updated Canyon Road Vineyard Retreat is ready for you and your wonderful wine country adventures. This lovely home is warm, welcoming, inviting, and sits among the vines in a small hillside vineyard with beautiful wine country views. Very well located, this special property is in the Dry Creek Valley wine appellation, and nearby Healdsburg is ranked in the top 25 small towns in the country by a number of national reviewing sources. Ideally located for exploring the diversity of Sonoma County Wine Country, this property is a perfect ‘home base’ where you can relax and just soak it all in or venture out in almost any direction for enjoying the many adventures nearby. There is an abundance of more than 100 award winning wineries within a short drive through the vineyards, in the Alexander, Dry Creek, Russian River, Sonoma, and Napa Valleys.
Be wowed as you enter this lovely single level home, beautifully furnished and decorated with incredible views and amenities, with heat and AC. Through its own private gate and up the driveway, you can park in the carport and there are also a couple other parking spaces for your convenience. The property is beautifully landscaped with extensive flagstone paved walkways and front, side, and large back sitting areas with lovely outdoor furniture, umbrella and outdoor grill. Also enjoy the free-standing spa with great views and the wood floored and fenced deck above the carport. This charming country home rests in its own hillside vineyard, among flowering vines, drought resistant grasses and beautiful plantings, vegetables, and a variety of fruit trees.

The gourmet kitchen has a lovely island with a professional chef's 4 burner range and with beautiful stone countertops. Sure to please the chef, the kitchen has all of the needed appliances, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and everything you will need to prepare and enjoy your feasts.
The beautiful dining area's table seats 8 and there are full glass French doors opening to the large back patio. On the right side of the great room, a lovely top mounted 'barn' door slides open to the hallway leading to the very private master bedroom suite with a luxurious king bed, a ceiling fan light combo, and vineyard views from the 3 windows with shutter blinds. The ensuite bathroom is newly renovated with a large freestanding shower, double sinked vanity, and commode with washlet. On the other side of the hallway is the entry to the little office which also includes a full size sleeper bed/futon, laundry, as well as the back door opening to the carport.
On the other side of the great room a hallway leads to large glass doored tub over shower combo with a dual sinked vanity and a Toto Washlet toilet with bidet. At the end of the hall lives the second well decorated bedroom with comfy queen bed, ceiling fan light combo, and more vineyard view windows with shutter blinds. Across the hall is a bonus/sleeping room also with queen bed, a ceiling fan light combo and shutter blinded windows.
