Terraced house (N°25) of 207 m2 with garden, for 5 people, located on two levels (ground floor and first floor) NOT equipped with a lift. The property is located in a central position, just 10 minutes from the beach, in Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside resort, at the same time full of points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle and the statue of Nike.

The accommodation has a living area with living room, kitchenette and garden, and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The internal space is divided into two levels and is organized as follows:



LIVING AREA (Ground Floor):



- LIVING ROOM with dining table and chairs, TV, two sofas, split A/C and access to the covered patio and garden;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- FULL BATHROOM with sink, raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC;

- COVERED PATIO with fixed heat-insulating cover furnished with chairs and dining table and large garden;



SLEEPING AREA (First Floor):



- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM III with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and WC;

- THREE BALCONIES with access from the three bedrooms.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

WIFI, heat pump heating and air conditioning (one split in the living room, one split in bedroom I and one in bedroom II), fan, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.



We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.



A member of our Team Taormina will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.



We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique!



To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.



For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.



City tax payment will be required.



The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a seaside resort full of points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle, the archaeological excavations and the Nike statue. In the surroundings of the accommodation you can find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is an 11-minute walk away.

Taormina is just a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theatre (Teatro Odeon) and the Ancient Theatre (Teatro Greco), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. In addition, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat trip to the spectacular Blue Grotto will be unmissable destinations during your stay.

- Schisò Castle and Capo Schisò Archaeological Park: 12 minutes on foot;

- Statue of Nike: 25 minutes on foot;

- Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car.

- La Sirenetta Pizzeria Restaurant: 12 minutes on foot.



- The best way to visit the area is by car (car rental available at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). Free parking is available around the property (NOT guaranteed);



- From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach Giardini Naxos with the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. The buses stop in Via Dalmazia, an 11-minute walk from the property. At this same stop, you can also take buses that take you to Taormina in approximately 10 minutes.
