Terrible drain smell in reception. Lifts weren’t working all the time. Room was neglected, stayed there for 2 nights, had to prompt them to clean the room and all they did was put clean towels, nothing else. Room was freezing too, had to get a heater out!? Also the hotel is hosting AS, whilst that’s great, it should be mentioned to guests before booking.

It was all quite basic and dated. Both the shower and the sink didn’t drain, a few lights didn’t work. Limited plug sockets. We could hear the person next door snoring all night and then playing very loud music from 6am due to a door in the room, which presumably if unlocked would join the rooms together. However, the location was good, it was clean and the staff were nice.
