This was a great stay! Wonderful room, great bed, shower etc. the parking fee is unusual. I highly recommend this hotel if in the Grand Junction area!

Really like this hotel? Always stay here on my way. The only complaint I have is that there is no conservative news stations. Fox/ newsmax. Only liberal c n n and m s n b c. May consider different hotel next time-traveling through parachute, Only because I have to watch my news on my phone.

Check in was personable and efficient. They waived the parking fee because of Veteran Status, which is amazing. Hotel is older but pretty well maintained. Room was efficie t and clean. Wiuld stay here again if in the area.

This is not a review of the property. I set up a reservation for the 19th - the Expedia app changed the the date to the 20th - NOT what I needed. Calling Expedia goes nowhere when I tried to cancel this reservation.

First of all the front staff is amazing we love them and how nice and accommodating they were, but here’s the issues with everything else: -hot tub not working (staff was nice about it and sent us to the sister hotel so wasn’t that bad just a little inconvenient) -$14 a night parking which expedia did not include or mention whatsoever -stains in the hotel room, on the tables and cuck chair -two lamp bulbs were warm while another one was led white (like cmon it can’t be that hard to match the bulbs) overall was okay, front staff was very nice (we like them, once again the negative parts of this review is not for them but for your cleaners and upper management who need to do better) next time we need a hotel in parachute we’ll just choose the sister hotel across the highway

Third party customers get smacked for parking fees

Overall the hotel staff, property, amenities and condition are pretty good. Only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because of the parking situation, the parking charges and the security deposit that turns into a rather large parking fee only for the customers that book through a third party. To top it off, I didn’t even park in their lot. Against my own better judgment, I parked my truck loaded with tools in an abandoned hotel parking lot across the street that was completely dark and over ran by random people congregating all night long. Pretty shady to only charge the people that book online through a third party….
