Glenwood property with family indoor water park

This is a very clean property with a awesome indoor waterpark with a large pool (3 feet deep) and a hot tub. It attracts a lot of families with children. The rooms were nice and standard hotel furnishings. Our only real issue was the limited selections for breakfast and bagels, muffins, milk, were empty and there was no fresh fruit or hot selections. We would have liked to have seen some adult only pool hours.

Excellent overnight stay . The young man at reception saved the day when we somehow managed to lock our dog in the room with all the safety locks engaged. Good location, walking distance to a park.

Great pool area for the family… however, maintenance had to fix the heater, clean the heater, fix broken appliances in the bathroom, fix windows that wouldn’t open (couldn’t open a window for the first two nights), and a myriad of other things. The property manager Mi** was very rude and short with not just myself but other guests. Changes would help this cozy little place

This property was in a great location. Quiet. It had a great view. The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. Even though there was some outdated carpet, everything was so clean that it didn't really matter. We loved the room with 2 king size beds, that alone would bring us back! We booked 2 queens so that was a really nice bonus! And the room was quite spacious which was also great!

Rooms are dated

We had a quick family getaway to Glenwood Springs last week. Nice exterior. Rooms are so dated though. Free breakfast was ok, but it comes with the room rate, so no complaining about that. What we enjoyed most was the indoor heated pool. Especially that we have a little boy with us, he has the best time with the slides. The property could use a revamp on their rooms. But overall, we had good stay.

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly, the location and the pool, it has a really nice hot tub, and the slide was just great, it actually saved our little mini vaca because everything we wanted to do was closed, the adventure park, and springs so the pool was a awesome, clean and safe. the only disappointment was breakfast, only waffles, bagels muffins envelope oatmeal. AI think this could have been much better.

I think this place is great if you have young children. My daughter loved the pool. The bed was fairly comfortable. Family disliked the repetitive breakfast. They only had fruit one of the days. It would be better if they had more options. I will say if I did not take my 7 year old daughter with me I would not stay here. But a good hotel for people with young kids.
