One Star - Avoid This Place! My stay at the Quality Inn was a nightmare. I checked into my room, and it looked okay at first glance, but then I saw them – bugs crawling on the bed! I was totally disgusted. I immediately went to the front desk to complain, hoping for a quick resolution. The customer service was terrible. The staff acted like I was bothering them and didn't seem to care at all about the bug issue. They offered no apology and were super slow and didn’t even consider moving me to another room. I ended up leaving and finding another hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

I would definitely recommend, very clean, upgraded, breakfast, jacuzzi, pool, beautiful location, river and trail behind the hotel, its so worth it, they saved me alot of money when they told me to book through a third party. Yes i would definitely stay again!!

Bikers 100+ from all over the country were staying at the hotel. We were assigned a room with a window right next to where the bikes were parked. All night some bikers were leaving the hotel, making it difficult to sleep with the bikes making a lot of noise! We had booked the room 5 months ahead and we should have been assigned a room away from the parking area.

The desk staff members were incredibly friendly -- I felt like I needed to check in with them after the Hells Angels were there for the weekend. Parking was very limited due to having so much of the lot blocked off for the Hells Angels event.

Because of an extensively long traffic jam we arrived later in the evening to find that a motorcycle event was encompassing most of the parking lot. We were told to park at the neighboring hotel, where we found the last spot available and had to walk back in the dark. The bikers were outside late into the night, and woke us up several times when they started up their bikes. The pullout sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Love the fact that the room and the place in general was clean and not dated. The only negative is that you could hear lots of noice from other rooms and bed was not firm. Breakfast was included but we did not eat there so not sure how it was. Over all we had a great stay, 100% recommended.

Spacious clean rooms. Guest laundry facility was out of order. Skip the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were in clumps and burned. Sausages tasted odd. The next day the egg station ran out and several guests asked that the pan be refilled. I was there for at least 20 minutes and the egg station still hadn’t been refilled. Go down to the Village Inn.

Great stay

Very clean room, helpful staff. The river view from room was amazing! Spacious room with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection including gluten free waffles!
