Very reasonably priced accommodation and lovely friendly hotel staff. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need but the bathrooms need updating. Well positioned for access to various places of interest in the Cotswolds.
good size room. Nice view of countryside. Bathroom needs refurbishing, though, as the showerhead was far too low to use properly and got water all over the floor. No safe. Lovely grounds and a nice lounge area. The electrical plugs were not near the bed
Lovely hotel. Great rooms and great view. Staff super friendly & helpful. Service is very good. Great area, quiet and lovely hill near by. Just the downside was the bathroom cleanliness.
The initial booking problem was dealt with by the Hotel Manager. The rooms were well appointed and the food was excellent. I cannot recommend the food too highly - I would eat there as a non-resident. Superb!
There are amazing views over the valley from the dining room. The breakfast was very good, a larger plate would show off the elements better. The weird central, louvred door wardrobe with the tv perched on top was the main feature of our room.
Pretty, old building. Very comfortable, lovely big bath with huge rainfall showerhead and also moveabke shower. Decent sized tv, everything you could need in the room - hairdryer, fan, extra heater, duvet, extra towels, kettle, etc. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but the bar/lounge area looked lovely.
We had a very relaxing stay at the Hatton. Everyone was very helpful and it was very comfortable to sit, read and relax in the bar/lounge area. Great breakfast.

Great last minute stop.
Last minute booking, first impressions as you go down the drive are what a beautiful building. Lovely welcome.
Our room was clean up on the top floor and bed was really comfy!
We had drinks and snacks in the bar, we didn’t eat a main evening meal or breakfast as we’d eaten before arriving.
Only thing to note was carpets in hallways were very stained and tired but other than that a lovely stay.
Hotel is dated and lacks character. Room upon arrival was cold and bathroom was not clean.
Check in was professional, however check out staff member seemed uninterested. Breakfast, not worth £15 as produce was bog standard and not locally produced.
