The Jasmund apartment is located in the officially recognized health resort of Polchow. You will stay on the top floor of a detached former fisherman's house with three holiday apartments. This charming, cozy apartment with wooden floors and sloped ceilings was renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. After your island activities, you can look forward to relaxation and peace in a homely atmosphere. The bedroom features a 1.80 m wide bed and a wardrobe.
On sunny days, the garden invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue. Please note that the garden and terrace are shared by all guests of the three apartments in the house. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.
The quiet village of Polchow, surrounded by fields, lies on the Jasmund Bodden and is a district of the Baltic Sea resort of Glowe. Here you will find tranquility and nature, yet you are quickly at the island’s hotspots. Polchow offers a restaurant. In Sagard (4 km) and Glowe you will find various supermarkets, shops, a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and more. The nearby Martinshafen kitesurfing spot is ideal for beginners, as you can walk far into the water, stand safely, and control the kite. The kitesurfing school is very close by.
The fine, white Baltic Sea beach in Glowe is 6 km by car or 4.5 km (about 15 minutes) by bike. The island’s longest sandy beach offers plenty of privacy. A surf and sailing school is right on the beach with a wide range of water sports activities. In rainy weather, the Splash water park with pool and sauna area is just 4 km away.
