Welcome to Baudin Beach House, a stunning holiday retreat nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Gnarabup, within the renowned Margaret River Region. A fantastic location just two minutes to the beach and an 11 minute drive to Margaret River town, the property is designed for six guests. There is ample space for all in this enchanting four bedroom, two bathroom abode, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and timeless coastal charm. Note: The house has undergone upgrades in May 2024!
The space:
As you step inside, you'll immediately be captivated by the bright and airy ambiance, courtesy of the recent renovation that has infused the home with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. In May 2024 the house underwent various upgrades including new carpeting and modern coastal-style furniture, creating an inviting atmosphere that invites relaxation and tranquillity.
The heart of this home is the welcoming open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces allows you to bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Whether you're lounging in the stylish living area, preparing a meal in the well appointed kitchen, or dining alfresco on the expansive deck, you'll be treated to breathtaking, panoramic ocean views.
The modern kitchen has everything you need from cooking up a feast or hosting a casual BBQ by the pool. Next to the kitchen is the large timber dining table with seating for 10, from here a glass sliding door opens to the pool area, through a glass pool gate. The large modular sofa in the open plan living area is ready for you to sink into with a good book and enjoy the view beyond the pool to the sea. The second living area has a large smart TV, comfortable sofa and a bookcase full of holiday reads. This is also a great place for kids to watch a movie, whilst you enjoy some peace and quiet.

The crowning jewel of Baudin Beach House is its infinity-edge pool, where you can take a refreshing dip while gazing out at the azure waters of the Indian Ocean. The expansive deck wraps around the pool and features outdoor undercover seating area with an alfresco dining table and pool loungers. There is also an outdoor shower.
For those seeking comfort year-round, the house is equipped with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring a pleasant temperature no matter the season. Whether you're escaping the summer heat, cozying up during the cooler months or watching the seasonal whale migration from the deck you'll always feel right at home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom that features a walk in shower, toilet and vanity basin. You can enjoy stunning sea views from both the bedroom and bathroom windows. One of the bedrooms features a bunk bed made up of 1 x double bed with 1 x single bed overhead, perfect for sibling sleepovers.
Off the open plan living area is the hallway to the other two bedrooms and bathroom / laundry; the large second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third two single beds. The combined bathroom laundry is spacious and has a bath with a shower, vanity basin, toilet and washing machine.
There is a grassed area to the front side of the house which provides access to the pool. The driveway is steep with parking at the bottom.
With its prime beachside location and awe-inspiring vistas, Baudin Beach House offers an unforgettable retreat for international guests and national travellers alike. Sitting high on the hill in Gnarabup the location is ideal, just 11 minute drive from Margaret River town while Gnarabup Beach, The Common Bistro and The White Elephant Cafe, are a two minute drive away. This is the perfect spot to escape the busy city life and wind-down while on holidays down south.

Water Safety: There is a pool at this property. Please keep pool gates closed at all times. The sliding door in the master bedroom is screwed shut, do not attempt to open it. If children are joining you, your little ones will need to be supervised at all times. Please take care.
Pool deck: The pool and deck is infinity style and there is no railing around the outer edge of the pool deck, it is built to standard however we need to ask all guests travelling to be mindful of this at all times. The deck can also become slippery when wet, no running please.
Pool Service: If you happen to be staying at the house on a Thursday, the pool service team might knock on the door and pop around the side to service the pool. We will let you know more once your booking is confirmed.
No Parties or School Leavers
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
