This is a fully self-contained family home, a great base for your stay in the region for anytime of the year!

This beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The bed configuration is 1 king, 2 queens and 2 single beds. The upstairs area is an open planned living space which steps out onto a large BBQ deck wrapping around the house. This is a great area for entertaining or just relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen has modern cooking facilities, coffee pod machine and is completely self-contained.

Downstairs you will find a second lounge area/ theatre room, a very private king bedroom with an ensuite. The second lounge area is nestled downstairs, features a large flat screen TV, comfortable sitting area and a selection of toys for the kids. Here you will be surrounded by a lovely native garden and lawn area.

Enjoy a stroll to family and surf beaches, sample the fantastic cuisine at our local restaurants and beach cafes, explore many world class wineries, or tee up to have a round of golf at our picturesque course just 5 minutes away.

The wineries and other local attractions are only a short drive from Dolphin House. Ensure you make a trip to the township of Margaret River, only 12 kms drive, where you can find a great variety of local shops, gourmet foods and restaurants.
