The cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2019.

You enter the house through the entrance area incl. Wardrobe & Mirror & enter the living and dining area with open, fully equipped design kitchen. One of a total of 2 bathrooms is also located on the ground floor and has a sauna. High quality wooden stairs lead to the also spacious upper and attic.

All floors in the house are equipped with high quality stoneware (tiles) & underfloor heating (per room controllable / in the attic radiator & laminate). The patio door & the windows (incl. Insect protection / except Velux) provide light-flooded living areas. The house is equipped with blinds. High-quality room doors close the individual rooms.

The 2 daylight bathrooms (1 x ground floor, 1 x floor) have high-quality tiles, floor-level, glazed raindance showers, vanities and towel warmer (ground floor). The generous real glass showers convey a particularly pleasant showering pleasure. The EC bath also has a sauna - pure wellness.

The living area convinces with modern, timelessly elegant equipment and a pleasantly warm color scheme. Relax on the large corner sofa and enjoy the view of the garden. The entertainment in the living / dining area is provided by a large, wall-mounted full-HD flat screen (+ SKY TV: Bundesliga (limited), golf tournaments, current films in HD quality) connected to a DVD player. The fully equipped design kitchen makes the heart of every amateur chef beat faster thanks to the complete and high-quality equipment (dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, 4-zone ceramic hob, convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and on top of a Nespresso machine ( Please bring capsules yourself). Sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and many useful utensils round off the equipment more & there are no wishes left open - only the cooking would have to take over ... ;-)

The ground floor also has a spa bath with a floor-level, glazed Raindance shower, a design vanity, towel warmer, hair dryer and a hanging toilet. The integrated sauna in this bath seduces to extended saunas. Towel sets and sauna sets (bathrobe and sauna towel) are optional.

An ironing board, iron, clothes horse & vacuum cleaner are available in the separate storage room on the ground floor.

Both upstairs bedrooms have comfortable 180x200 cm double beds (including high-quality feel-good mattresses (each 90 x 200 cm), pillows and duvets), which ensure a long-lasting and restful sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a full HD flat screen. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for the holiday wardrobe.
