Hotel easy to find with google maps as on main road. When we arrived the lady at reception said she couldn't seem to process the payment. I said I had paid, she kept trying but I found the receipt from paypal and hotels.com so she said good. Lovely lady and she showed us to our room. When we entered there was a strong flowery smell, I thought it would go over time but it didn’t, so we put up with it for the one night stay, but it was off putting. Room was clean and bathroom was clean which I like in a motel, however, I just got the temperature right and then after a minute it went cold! I turned it off and then adjusted it to the right temp, after 1min it went to extremely hot? I turned it off and on again and temperature stayed the same for the rest of the showering. Apart from that it was ok. Eventhough it was on a main highway, we slept well and couldn't hear any traffic noise so happy about that. Only 5mins or so to Mildura where there are a lot of restaurants and nice bars/hotels. I would recommend it again but without the flowery smell (I do have sensitive nose though).

We were welcolmed and stayed in a Pet Friendly unit which was very clean. Appreciated the microwave and plates and cultery. There was an area across the motel to take our dog for walk along the river bank.

Wonderful Staff and comfortable room.

Arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time, even tho the room wasn’t totally ready yet, they let me put some items in the fridge as I requested. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room has a rear sliding door with access to the pool and communal room. Very clean, awesome water pressure in the shower, nice cool air con, microwave, good size tv and PowerPoints in practical locations. All for a reasonably low price. Would definitely come back.

Lovely view of the river. Dreadfully noisy with trucks passing all night. Exhaust fan in the bathroom needed cleaning. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Not really in Mildura even though that is how it is advertised. On a busy road but it is clean and the people running it are very friendly. Would stay again.

There was no security chain on the room door. Also although there was mirror located just inside the room on the right hand side as you entered but there was no overhead light to illuminate the area. With what shrubbery the property has it needs to be kept very well cut and trimmed as this will add to the neatness of the venue.
