Prior to your arrival, our housekeeper has conducted a thorough disinfecting and sanitizing procedure as outlined in the CDC guidelines. The areas she disinfects include all of the high-touch surfaces, and linens and towels are washed and dried on the "hot" settings.

Due to the homeowner's allergies, and to protect our guests from unwanted pet allergies, we will not be renting to guests who have dogs or other pets. Thank you for your understanding.

The three bedrooms, living room and decks all have eye-popping 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean and beach.
Picture yourself preparing meals with unobstructed ocean views, or sitting on the covered deck with your morning coffee/tea watching the day come alive, or watch the amazing Oregon sunset drop in a ball of fire.

The beach is accessed on the north end of the tract with a sign posted path. It is an easy 2-3 minute walk and your feet will be digging into the sand.
Please do not climb down the rip-wrap boulders on the ocean perimeter as inviting as it may appear. It is not safe as it is easy to twist an ankle.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with flatware, drinkware, dinnerware, spices. And a large inventory of pots, pans, blender, and toaster.
You will find all the comforts of home including a laundry room with brand new washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, 70 inch smart tv.
The coffee station is where you will find a Keurig coffee machine, an Espresso machine, tea kettle, and a Mr. Coffee traditional coffee maker.
Coffee and espresso pods are supplied.
BBQ located in the garage.

The granite kitchen countertop with sculptured “live edge" provides plenty of space to prepare your meals. From the kitchen it is easy to serve food across to the dining table.
Brand new stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, a 5 burner stove and an oven equipped with an air-fryer, a deep country-style black granite sink facing the 10’ panoramic window looking out to the ocean.
Plenty of custom wood cabinets designed with soft, self-closing drawers and doors.

There is a pop-up charging station in the countertop. Simply press on it and it comes up for you to charge several phones and other electronic devices.

Electric fireplace warms the living room, kitchen and dining area. It works really well at taking the chill off the room in the early morning.
Additionally, a state-of-the art Mitsubishin ceiling mounted heater/AC in the living area. There is an identical one in the master bedroom. Each operated with its own hand- held remote thermostat. The thermostats are found in their individual brackets attached to the wall in the hallway. And easy to use.
Why settle for renting a home with just a fan? This is one of two homes in the tract with A/C.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large Thomasville dresser, a walk-in closet, 55" Smart TV, and private sliding glass doors to a covered deck enclosed on two sides which helps protect against any wind which may come up. Keep the sliders open at night and lull yourself to sleep listening to the waves crash nearby on the beach.
Master bath boasts more granite, lighted mirror and walk-in tiled shower with corner bench. Two shower heads, one rain shower head, and one shower head with shower wand.

Upstairs on the second level you will find two queen size bedrooms with Lane bedroom furniture, dresser and swivel chairs. Large sliding closet doors.
The sliding glass doors leads to your own private deck. And the views up there are incredible.

If you have binoculars, we recommend you bring them to use on upper deck. If it is whale migration time, you just might be able to spot one.
Whales head south mid-December to mid-January for the warm waters of Baja.
Then they will head north from late March through May for the cold Alaskan waters.
Summer and Fall: About 200 Gray whales remain in Oregon’s coastal waters every summer. An area where whales can be prevalent is at Harris Beach State Park approx 25 miles south of the house.

The upstairs guests will share a spacious bathroom. A private deep soaking tub with a Moen shower head and wand. Double sinks with granite countertop. And on the opposite wall is another granite countertop with mirror. Together they provide plenty of space for spreading out.

Electric heat in each bedroom with their own thermostat. And whisper quiet fans in the bathroom.

We offer higher end soaps with Puracy brand hyper-allergenic body wash, shampoo and conditioner products.

This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman for spreading out.

The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime.

The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand. Whisper quiet fan.
