We only had a short one-night stay at the hotel but enjoyed it. The room was a bit on the smaller side but had lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc). And the area was beautiful, wish we had more time to explore. The room numbers can be a bit confusing as ours was something like B402 and there was also a different room 402 (without the B). They did mention this when we checked in though.

The dishwasher was full of mold, the toilet flushed slow and made strange sounds. It was otherwise reasonably clean, just needs more attention to detail. The balcony was great and the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils etc

The location itself is breathtaking. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was dark and there was no fitted sheet on our bed just a flat sheet. The room was dusty and dated. Cafe was overly priced and you have to drive a ways to get in to town. We paid $40.00 for 2 grill cheese sandwiches a coffee and latte, which were at least all very good. The reception and staff were all very friendly and made up for the rest of it. I felt it was over priced, you are paying for the scenery and friendly staff. For the price I wouldn't be returning. I feel Id of been just as comfortable paying the price for a cabin in the woods. It was also confusing there are 3 or 4 buildings and it took us some time to figure out where the reception desk was to check in which is in the very last building.

Nice place to stay!

Room had excellent views! Accommodations had everything! Only disappointment was the cleanliness in the bedroom and kitchen. Let hotel know and it was taken care of. Located farther from town than I expected. Not much for dining options.

Restaurant closed early so couldn’t go for dinner at 5:30pm. Room was very small and coffee pot didn’t work. After driving all day we were looking forward to a nice dinner in the restaurant. Ended up with a microwave dinner we bought at the front desk.

Best place to stay for Banff trip. Golden skybridge is minutes away! Kicking horse resort is also very good. Very scenic place to stay!! Despite some staffs seem to be not courteous enough, other people are kind and friendly. Room service could have been faster (takes repeated followup and time) . Appliances are old ( our microwave has problems and requires a call to service to fix it)! Still I highly recommended!

Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forest. Spacious room with balcony. Nice bathroom amenities. Poor review on the food spectrum. No restaurants open. Perhaps a few breakfast items would have been appreciated. Not every visitor wants to drive back down the mountain for food.

Door lock broken. Blinds wouldn’t open. Only 6 single very thin pieces of paper towel. Front desk gave us incorrect information about restaurant hours in the building. I called and asked if they had secure underground parking. They said they did, but didn’t inform me I had to pay extra for it. Room was hot. No air conditioning. It would be an oven in the summer.
