The first room they gave us full of smoke odor , We caught three roaches within the hour. The second room we stay next morning we caught two roaches

The first thing that caught me by surprise was the $100 CASH deposit. After traveling 5 hours on a plane, I was extremely tired and had to leave the property to get cash. There was a piece of tissue in the peephole in the door and space under the exterior door. Then I saw a roach in the room near the bathroom, which was my last straw. I literally checked out that same night and stayed elsewhere.

Got there rooms we're available so i said okay when he started the manager said he extra charge 20 dollars for early check in but discount 5 dollars on my card that extra 15 dollars was unnecessary. That is taking advantage i could have waited but it was 100 degrees 1pm that day

Horrible Night with Little Sleep!

First room smelled of weed and had homeless people with a shopping cart next door. People hanging off the balcony yelling. Moved to another room that had roaches and other bugs. It was dirty. Shower banged when on. Next door had a big party or disruption at 3 am. Manager acted like this happens all the time.
