Nicht zufrieden mit dem Objekt.

Haus war mit knapper Not Besenrein, Verwalterin war bei Anruf zur Ankunft überrascht, brachte die Schlüssel vorbei. Spülmaschine miefte, Spülung an einem Klo funktionierte nicht richtig, musste 2 bis 3 mal von mir "repariert" werden. Schubladengriffe und Schrankfronten in der Küche klebrig, fettig. Kühlschrank innen ebenfalls unsauber. Spinnenparty. Badewanne unsauber. Freitags stand Verwalter unangemeldet auf dem.Grundstück zwecks Mähen des Grases IM REGEN und bei KURZEM Graswuchs ... Lage aber sehr Ruhig und angenehm Lage war
