With the Goolwa Surf Lifesaving Club and Kuti Shack Café just a short stroll away, and the Endeavour Bike Track connecting you to Middleton and Encounter Bay, Sand & Surf offers a true taste of Fleurieu freedom — relaxed, breezy, and unforgettable.

Step into a light-filled open-plan living area, where white timber floors, natural textures, and wide sliding doors frame views of the dunes beyond. In summer, the cool sea breezes flow through the home, while in winter, the wood-burning fireplace becomes the heart of the space. The modern kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances, also features a Nespresso machine—perfect for peaceful mornings on the spacious front deck, where you can savour breakfast with a view of the glowing sky over the dunes.

Outside, the secure fenced yard is made for easy coastal living. Enjoy barbecues in the undercover outdoor dining area, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or let the kids and dogs play on the expansive lawn. There’s even space for boat parking and an outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet after the beach, just 200 metres away.

The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and private ensuite, while the front queen bedroom looks directly onto the sand dunes. The third bedroom offers a cosy double bed with views across the backyard — perfect for restful nights after sun-soaked days.

This property is not available for schoolies bookings. Smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure a serene and relaxing environment for everyone’s enjoyment. Evidence of parties, events, late-night disturbances, smoking/vaping will be subject to penalties.

For larger groups, the standalone “bunk house” is available for an additional nightly fee booked before your arrival. Don’t be fooled by the name — it’s a comfortable retreat with a queen and single bed, a small seating area, TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioning.

Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior approval (sorry, no puppies under 12 months).

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
