the location is great, right on Main street, in the center of town. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. the rooms are averagely clean and they are currently working on renovations to update some of the rooms. Great value stay when in Gorham, NH.

20 minutes to get a lightbulb from front desk No do not disturb signs Major Construction noises starting 9am Fridge shelf broken Both lamps usb charger ports don’t work Both lamp bulbs flicker none stop because wrong light bulbs One lamp had a very low, extremely yellow color and the other one was a bright daylight color Bullet hole through the door Low lighting Bathtub slow drain Pillows are junk. No sleep Shower curtains, too short or the shower rod too high. Shower curtain keeps falling out of the tub, creating water on floor.

Check in was very slow and another guest was issued the same room! Imagine undressing and having a person unknown to you walking in - we were both shocked! They went back to the office and were given a different room.

I had a great stay! The hotel was budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great suggestions since it was my first time in the area. The room was clean, recently renovated, and very comfortable. I appreciated the easy breakfast in the morning, which made starting the day simple. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up adding an extra night to my stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool hours a bit later—after a long day of hiking, it would’ve been perfect to relax with a swim. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value!

The toilet is broken and the room smells like cat or mouse pee I need to pay more $25 for pool, parking lot and they have not told us before we checked in at the counter When they charged us for $25 they said if we don’t pay $25 we must pay for parking lot fee $10 per night ( we stay 3 nights = $30 No pool service if we want use pool need to pay more) so we need to pay $25 I wonder I paid $485 for 3 nights why I need to pay more $25 for parking lot and pool😤

Nice place to stop for the night. Had a good restaurant a couple of blocks away, so easy to walk to supper. Hotel had a small laundry area, so was able to take care of that chore after being on the road for a week. I think the only complaint would be the very small breakfast area. It was quite crowded.

TV did not work pay $250 was promised a $40 refund then was later to in the morning that I can only receive a $20 refund first she tried to lie and say I must have unplugged the TV, but my friend was next-door and his TV was doing the exact same thing so once I proved she was a liar then she only offered to give me $20 back. This is a complete scam and rip off at this hotel.
