The heat did not work in the room a guy come up and give us a portable heater which was great but it got hot enough I had to shut it off and went to bed and when I got up in the morning it was cold in the room so I had to turn it back on. The reason we went there was because my back was screwed up so we wanted to go in the hot tub. The hot tub was cold a guy came and checked it and said yep it ain't working. We stayed there numerous times and everything has always been great but this time I was not the best.

They put me in a different room, cuz the one i bboked was not available. The room they put me in had a smaller bed then i requested and no view like the one i booked... also the room they put me in was right over the bar where they had a band playing, so all i heard all night was thumping ofbass and everything in the room rattling

The hotel is really cute and has a wonderful complex of amenities. The staff is super friendly and my son loved the pool. Like many hotels, on a busy weekend, it is definitely not for light sleepers. The walls are thin and our room actually shook a bit when people would arrive (throughout the night). And some rowdier groups kept things loud. The pool is also open until 11, which is convenient but it meant that there was a good deal of noise from that. The location is incredible - it’s close to anything you could want to see in the area.

Spacious room in the main building over the dining room. Probably the biggest hotel room we've ever had. Nice to be able to swim and soak in the hot tub as well as enjoy the steam room and sauna after a day of skiing. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast on site which was very convenient. Everyone who worked there was just great!

Been staying at this family owned establishment for 25 years. Kids grew up in the pool and the hot tub. Great stop when headed up north. Food and shopping very close as well.

Did not eat at the restaurant. Room clean and comfortable. Nice pool area with hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We were in the pool building, if you are going in winter maybe ask for pool building.
