The heat did not work in the room a guy come up and give us a portable heater which was great but it got hot enough I had to shut it off and went to bed and when I got up in the morning it was cold in the room so I had to turn it back on. The reason we went there was because my back was screwed up so we wanted to go in the hot tub. The hot tub was cold a guy came and checked it and said yep it ain't working. We stayed there numerous times and everything has always been great but this time I was not the best.

Reserved the junior suite with 2 queen beds, couch, etc. The junior suites are only located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We got bumped to their smaller rooms with 2 double beds. No compensation was offered for the cost difference. They could have at least offered free breakfast for the lack of accommodations for physically disabled persons.

Been here many times. It was my girlfriend's first time. She loved it and we had a great time! Breakfast and dinner were superb. Sunday buffet was just what we needed! Not your average hotel buffet.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi was great. I was especially impressed with the size, cleanliness of the rooms, and carpets. The staff were super quick, and definitely on their game when I reported a small issue with the shower drain. Unfortunately, my only complaint, was that the breakfast was old and cold, scrambled eggs runny.

Room was clean. The heater was obnoxious. Squeaked like an old haunted house door every single time it turned off. Staff was not overly friendly at breakfast, except for greeter Ann. Views are spectacular.
