The garden apartment below provides 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Large paved outdoor area with garden furniture. The villa has access to a central swimming pool area. Ideal for relaxing and as a base to explore this part of Cyprus
The space
Ground floor: large modern kitchen, with dishwasher, hob & oven, large open plan dining & living area and large smart television. One sofa in living room converts to double bed. Bathroom with shower & WC. Upstairs: Four double bedrooms, two en-suite, one with twin beds, separate bathroom with bath and a laundry room. Garden apartment (partly below ground) has 3 large bedrooms (all with windows) with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room.Outside area: Large paved area with outdoor furniture and a small BBQ for al fresco dining. Large shared swimming pool and landscaped rest area.
