Relax and enjoy the view in the main living area upstairs with ample natural light from the large windows and doors. Equipped with a comfortable lounge suite, wood fireplace and Panasonic Smart 50 inch Full HD LED LCD TV, giving you that at home feeling. Open up the doors to the large balcony and let the outside in, whilst you cook the family meal in the large well appointed kitchen, complete with electric induction cooktop, electric oven and coffee machine. This open living area leads through to the master bedroom which houses a king bed and has an amazing modern en-suite. Doors open to the balcony and its stunning views over to the famous North Point surf break. Additionally on the top floor are two bedrooms complete with their own modern bathroom including bath. One bedroom housing a queen bed and the other twin king singles which can be made as a king.

Downstairs features another massive sitting room with a 3 seater comfy lounge, wood fireplace and Panasonic Smart 50 inch Full HD LED LCD TV for those stay in movie nights. As you walk through the house you will come to the second Master Bedroom Suite complete with king bed and modern en-suite. The final bedroom is set with a queen and single bunk beds. A huge family bathroom which features a large bathtub also resides on this level.

With multiple entertaining and relaxing areas this property really stands out and is perfect for the whole family. Enjoy the views while you relax in the quality outdoor furniture, and stay warm during those cooler autumn evenings by lighting the open fireplace. The BBQ area is upstairs on the balcony taking in the expansive views, complete with large table setting is perfect for entertaining. Downstairs is an alfresco area with four lounge chairs and coffee table, great for relaxing and watching the day go by.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Many world class surf breaks are nearby, as well as being on the Cape to Cape Walk route. Gracetown is a quiet seaside community with the bigger towns located within a 15 minute drive. Lefties @ The Bay is 400m to beach, 400m to shop. Tennis courts are also walking distance. Safe swimming beach/fishing/boating.

Some of the region's most famous vineyards - Vasse Felix, Cullens, Brookland Valley, Peirro, Sandalford and Woodlands, to name a few, are virtually on the doorstep.
