IKEA kitchen had the door to the washer tilt on its hinges so that had to be opened in order for the refrigerator door to close. (Not a big problem) Shower drain was slow. Needed to stop showering to allow drainage so bathroom wouldn’t flood. Easily fixed if they snake the drain.
