Cozy, airy and comfortable two-bedroom condo with four balconies overlooking a pedestrian street located just a 10 minute walk from The Alhambra and off the Alhambra Forest
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in case you don't feel like eating out. You can also do your laundry in the washer-dryer combo.
There’s a living / dining room combination with comfortable sofas, round table and TV
 sounds ideal to relax after a long day sightseeing. Before that, you®ll probably like to have a hot shower in the four-piece bathroom.
Four people can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms. One of them with a double bed (150cm x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm x 200). Both bedrooms have a closet with lots of storage.
The “jewel of the Crown” is the shared terrace with awesome views of El Albayzin, La Alhambra and Sierra Elvira. Sunsets at Mirador de San Nicolás are said to be the most spectacular in Granada. Wait to see them from the shared terrace of Belvedere Condo.

Super beau güte. Trùs bel emplacement. Trùs bon contact avec l’hîtesse.

Grenade nous a ravis. Le centre historique est beau. L’Alhambra nous a plu Ă©normĂ©ment. Ses jardins sont Ă  voir mĂȘme en cette fin de septembre. Il faut sĂ©journer plusieurs jours pour en profiter pleinement.

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et emplacement idĂ©al pour visiter Ă  pieds l’Alhambra et tous le centre ville ancien. Équipement trĂšs correct, terrasse sublime. Proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Seul dĂ©faut est que la deuxiĂšme chambre Ă  coucher est trop petite, surtout si on a un grand baggage avec soi. Pour l’adresse, prĂ©ciser que la Cuesta des infantĂšs est Ă  partir de la Cuesta Gemenez, pour pouvoir la retrouver sur le plan de la ville.

Idéalement situé au pied de l'Alhambra

Un immeuble au pied de l'Alhambra. Appartement avec vue sur les tours de l'Alcazaba. L’appartement est au calme et offre tout le confort pour un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. La propriĂ©tĂ© permet l'accĂšs Ă  un terrasse privative avec une vue magnifique sur Grenade. Magique!!

Emplacement stratégique - logement trÚs agréable

Ici vous serez proche de tout, et vous pourrez (presque) tout faire à pied : Alhambra (10mn de montée, n'oubliez pas d'acheter vos billets à l'avance), Plaza Nueva (3mn de descente) : animation, info tourisme, restaurants, commerces, transports (bus pour l'Albaicin et le Sacromonte)... Rive du Darro, Cathédrale, shopping, bus pour la gare routiÚre... à quelques minutes de plus. L'appartement est spacieux et trÚs bien équipé, confortable et tranquille. Tout est neuf et trÚs propre. Carmen et Asun (qui nous a accueilli en espagnol/anglais) ont veillé à le garnir de tous les produits de base (et bien plus encore..!) qui ont grandement facilité notre installation et notre séjour. Pour la vue panoramique, montez au belvédÚre dans la cour de la copropriété, mais sachez qu'il vous faudra gravir 110 marches! En cette mi novembre l'amplitude thermique jour/nuit est déjà importante. Et nous étions contents de rentrer nous mettre au chaud dans l'appartement de Carmen (AC inverter et radiateurs). Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Muchas gracias!

Bright and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Just steps away from the entrance to the Alhambra walkway, this apartment is quiet and more spacious than we expected from the photos. Main bed was very comfortable. Central air conditioning was wonderful and allowed for a good sleep. The kitchen is nicely appointed with newish dishes etc and there are enough spices and basics to cook. Be aware the apartment is up a steep hill and requires many stairs inside the building (the elevator goes only part of the walk). The shared terrace above the building provides stunning views.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. Excellent condominium. Great for our family of 4. Only 10 minutes from the Puerta de la Justicia entrance to the Alhambra and adjacent to the Plaza Nueva de Granada. Beautiful view of the sunset from a private terrace. Asun was a wonderful host. We should have stayed longer!

Perfect!

Perfect location—step onto the cobblestone street, and you’re at the gate to the forest path to the Alhambra. You’re also very close to Plaza Nueva. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It also has a combo washer and dryer—a godsend for doing laundry easily during an extended stay. And you can’t beat the views from the upper terrace: The Alhambra! The Albaicín! Birds chirp as they swoop beneath the Alhambra. Bells clang from nearby churches. We even heard flamenco dancers tapping on rooftops in the city below. To get to the terrance, open a door in the building’s lobby and climb a series of stairs. It’s well worth it! Even though the terrace is “shared,” we only saw a few other people there once during our week-long stay. A plastic table and chairs make it easy to set up a picnic—bring a tablecloth for a more elegant, photogenic touch. If you’re lucky enough to book this place—probably well in advance—make sure to also buy tickets to the Alhambra well in advance. Get them from the official website, not some third-party vendor that makes you frantically find their obscure office to pick up the actual tickets. Enjoy!

What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, very quiet, is in a great location and has great views from an upper patio on the property. The apartment appeared to be recently renovated and well cared for. We were warmly greeted and checked in. Communication with the property manager was professional, friendly, prompt and responsive. All aspects of communication were good. There was a list of recommended restaurants and local information that was very helpful. The apartment is very close to the Alhambra and and many restaurants. We felt safe and got around almost entirely by walking.

Our best apartment of 3 in Spain

Communication was easy via Whatsapp. The hostess gave us a thorough tour of house and showed us how to use the washer/dryer. Yes there is a dryer function on the washing machine. The house had functional kitchen and small coffee pot and there were grounds available in the unit. There were some plug adapters, maps, and guide books. The apartment was spacious and bright. The terrace was great for lunch And a bottle of wine looking at the Alhambra and over the city. About a 10 minute uphill walk to the entrance of the Alhambra right up the street. Easy walk to many of the historic places and the 31 and 32 buses pickup just at the bottom of the street. You can ride them up to St. Nicholas Square and the new mosque. We had an early train out and Asuncion arranged for a taxi to be at the curb for us at 600AM. We would definitely stay here again.

Alhambra was basically out the door. The rooftop patio has a stunning view of Alhambra and the Old City. The suite was comfortable and large with many personal touches. The only concern would be that it would be cold in the winter. We were there mid October and even with the heating, it was chilly. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable with excellent location. Benefit of rooftop terrace, 110 steps up to it. The only downside is the noisey neighbours above, they sound like they are moving furniture about late at night and start again at 7.30 in the morning, such a shame as otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
