Centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of several beaches is the 60 m² apartment "Casa Médano 18" on the 2nd floor of a building built in typical Canarian style without elevator. The apartment has a comfortably furnished living room with sofa and dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs (one is a smart tv) with satellite reception, washing machine and dryer. There is also a baby crib and high chair available upon request. Outside, a spacious terrace, partially covered with wooden beams and equipped with sun loungers, is available for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy a picturesque panoramic view of the sea, which is only a few meters away. There is also a dining area, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner over the magnificent view. Just a few steps from the house there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars (200-750 m). A small grocery market is right in front of the house (one minute walk), and you can reach a bigger supermarket after only 7 minutes walk. The nearest sandy beaches "Playa del Médano" and "Playa de El Médano" are only 2 to 5 minutes walk away. Some other beaches can be found within 2-3 km. The airport Tenerife South is only 9 km or 13 minutes by car away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
