Wonderful Place to Stay

Had a family get together for grandchild due to event at Tarleton State. House was beautiful inside and out. Beds were very comfortable! Rooms spaced for privacey. Highly recommend.

Girls Trip

Absolutely perfect choice on this property! There were six of us all over 60 years old and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather wasn’t great so shopping and dining out was very limited but we didn’t even mind staying in. Plenty of room to play cards, games and movie watching! The house is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and has a great floor plan. Everything we needed was provided. The beds are so comfortable as well. Our host Michelle was awesome, answered our questions promptly and checked on us a couple of times to make sure all was okay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Christmas Visit

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic for having our family over and celebrating both Christmas and my mom‘s 87th birthday. The master bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We stayed here with our 3 families for Christmas while in town visiting other family. It was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, beds are comfortable, very clean, and plenty of room for everyone. The square and grocery stores are close by. The owner checked on us daily. Great Family Christmas in Granbury

My family enjoyed the nicest Christmas we have had in a very long time! Kokopelli Getaway was inviting, clean and spacious! The layout of the house worked wonderfully with our group. Extras like the playhouse in the backyard and location to town were added bonuses. We would definitely stay there again.

7 friend's just wanted to get away and enjoy each others company. The house was perfect for our mission. We played games, laughed every minute , cooked, and drank for two days straight.. we did wander into downtown for the Winter Wine Walk, but found that we just wanted to hang out at the house.

Property well represented by photos. Clean, comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds and linens. Lots of towels. Coffee pot was a challenge but I let the homeowner know, and there was plenty of coffee pods. Plenty of seating at all the dining areas and in the living room. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and eating, but only 2 dishwashing tablets.

Family celebration

We had 8 family members stay in the home for a family celebration centered around the 4th of July. The area was quiet, the house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Would stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous home

We stayed at this home during our son’s out of town wedding. The house is stunning, with high end features, and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner is extremely kind and lives nearby if needed for any reason. There is a neat little loft area with a ladder and a trundle bed for kids to stay and play in if you have little ones. The house has the perfect layout if you have multiple couples or families with five bedrooms that are all very private and have bathroom accesses. We highly recommend this property.

5 GIRLFRIENDS' WEEKEND

We loved the property. Great for the 5 of us because we each had our own bedroom. Good seating for visiting. Easy location for going back and forth to downtown Granbury. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes for meal prep & eating. Able to cast TV shows/sports from phone to TV when not included with provided apps. Only negative issues: 1. Had trouble getting the coffee maker to work - very slow - and the pod part didn't work at all...or we didn't do something right. (Instructions needed) We are all coffee drinkers, so the carafe emptied quickly. 2. Shampoo etc. provided but couldn't find any body soap. Had to go to the grocery store anyway so that was not a huge deal.

Best Place Ever! This house and owners exceeded all our expectations and more.

This home exceeded all our expectations and more! It had a life size childrens playhouse in the back yard that we had to drag my 7 yr. old granddaughter out of! Plenty of games and room to play for my other grands too! Plenty of space for our family of 14 and many happy memories were made! Thank you for a great holiday!

Very Pleased! Everyone was very comfortable, great beds!

We were very pleased with the house and the hosts were very accommodating! We were surprised that the two twin beds were actually a twin with a trundle. There was a non removable ladder to a loft over the twin bed that was very tempting to our young grandchildren.
