Great Lake Weekend!

We loved our weekend at this property! Plenty of space and great view of the lake. Walking distance to one of our favorite places to eat on the water, and close to so many other things in the area. Quick and helpful communication!

Close to everything. House is great set up for multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, tv, door to outside and plenty of room to spread out. Nice serving kitchen with very long family style table. The view from the patio overlooks the lake. Multiple areas to sit outside as well or take a swim.

Great location and beautiful house.

This property was amazing and really worked well for our family vacation. The property was through Evolve which was challenging because of the VRBO app. I tried several times to confirm our reservation and payment with no answer for over 3 days. While in the house I tried to modify my VRBO dates to extend another night. No response until I called the number. The contact host couldn’t help with the additional night either. If you bring your own boat make sure to bring your own bumpers. The ones on the dock are crusty and scuffed my new boat. The location was perfect, and the home was amazing. The communication could have been better but outside of that we had a blast.

Gorgeous home!

We love the four bedroom four bathroom set up, and it was great for our group of 6 teenagers. The house has so many extra touches and details that made the stay so easy, from temperature control to extra linens to appropriations in the huge kitchen pantry. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay on the lake

This stay was all we hoped it would be. The home was amazing, clean, easy to navigate. All the switches were labeled, which was amazing! The kitchen has all the cooking things we needed for a great family weekend, including the grill. We went in February so the area and lake were fairly quiet. We had a small snafu with communication with Evolve. They sent all the check in information when we booked so it got lost in the shuffle. One call to their contact number got every straightened out. Overall it was a great stay!

Granbury Lake House

There were 9 of us, 60+. We were very comfortable and relaxed in this house. Vary spacious. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to put in and take out from house dock. Nice neighborhood to walk in. A small park as well. Enjoyed the deck watching the boats come and go, as well as wild life. We even tried our luck at fishing from the dock. I would definitely use them again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway with Friends

There were 7 of us looking for time away to taste wine and enjoy each others' company. The house was perfect for it with four bedrooms - each with its own bath and separated for privacy. The living spaces are well appointed with plenty of seating for dining and just hanging out. Evenings and mornings on the deck for cocktails or coffee were lovely (avoiding the heat of the Texas summer days). We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners at the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and Instacart grocery delivery made dining in a snap! Little details like labeled light switches, a notebook with all pertinent information about the house, and signs pointing out the intricacies of a septic system were invaluable. Elizabeth, the property manager, was easy to contact with questions and very responsive. We love Granbury and enjoyed nearby wine tasting at Bluff Dale and Bull Lion on the Square. We also had a great lunch at Stumpy's Lakeside Grill - so fun and funky and so close to the house, and another at Christina's on the Square. Pretty sure we'll be back!

Our only complaint were the sleeping accommodations. Adults our age are used to king size beds or two double beds. So that being said we would love to return if that issue were solved.

The house was fantastic. Clean, beautiful, four large bedrooms and baths. Modern appliances and decor. Plenty of privacy between the bedrooms. Beautiful deck. They used a roll of label maker to identify every electrical switch. It is obvious owners are mindful of the needs of visitors. Support contacts were extremely kind and helpful.
