Exceptionally clean and neat. Property gives off new construction vibes. We had some awkwardness negotiating entrance to the gated community, but this was eventually worked out. Could not find any instructions for wifi password,or cleanup expectations. Very much appreciated having full control of the air conditioning. This seems to be a vanishing privilege in the vacation rental world, and it makes a big difference in guest comfort...so thank you to the host/owner!

Great place!

The house was wonderful. It is very clean, the beds are comfy, and it was quiet. It has a cute back porch to sit and have coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is great, but the roads are a little rough.
