Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.
