A luxurious 2,500 square foot 3br/3bath cabin right on the 16th hole of the beautiful Granby Ranch Golf course designed to weave naturally through the native wetlands & grasses along the Fraser River - this makes for excellent views & great golf. We are also just 4 blocks to the very family friendly ski resort Granby Ranch & only 15 minutes to Winter Park ski resort. You will have the golf course behind you & open space in front of you - there are neighbors on each side. There are many houses that claim ski in ski out but make sure you ask lots of questions just how far of a walk to the slope & how difficult it is to ski back to the house/condo (this trail is not easy - very flat) & most importantly how close are the neighbors (on how many sides - usually very crowded development with lots of houses on all sides).
Your group will enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 with KING beds on the main level while the 3rd bedroom (in the lower level) has a twin over double/full size bunk bed with a twin trundle + a full size pull-out couch in the lower level family room. We also have WIFI, fooseball, WII, X-Box/games, toys, movies, board games & books.
You may also use the pool, hot tub, fitness center (must be 16 yrs old), ping pong, fooseball and playground at the Ranch Hall Club house – located right next to the base (it is open 7 days a week 7am-8pm closed for 1 week end of May/early June and 1 week in mid to late October). The fee is $15 per person, you can come and go for the full day that you pay (age 8 and under are free). The hot tub listed is not private at the house it is the one at the Ranch Hall club house that is shared.
Three large lakes are just 15 minutes north in the town of Grand Lake at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. There is also miles of great fly fishing, lake fishing, horse drawn carriage rides, cross country skiing, snowshoeing & over 600 miles of hiking & biking trails. Snowmobiling on thousand of miles of trails in Arapahoe National Forest & Rocky Mountain National Park.

The house is elegantly decorated with designer furniture, luxury linens & towels, Fully furnished kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, platters, bowls, crockpot, regular & Keurig coffee makers, french press, blender & so much more, WiFi - 790 mbps, 2 separate living levels, 4 flat screen TVs, a gas fireplace, 2 adult snowshoes, Foosball, books, movies, games, toys, xbox/games, high chair, port-a-crib & 2 outdoor decks for grilling on our BBQ or relaxing with your family & friends. Fully furnished kitchen with crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, platters, bowls, regular & Keurig coffee makers, french press, blender & so much more. Zoom meeting? Online class? We have 2 foldable tables and 2 cushy chairs.
