Just stay at little America across the highway. Staff seemed really unhappy. Rooms were noisy with drug deals happening next door. Rooms feel really cold (hang a picture)

Although the property is dayed, it's very well kept, clean, and safe. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Friendly & helpful staff. Quick checkin and check out. No issues what so ever. I'd def stay again.

Had lots of Pros: Clean big room with k bed, 2 armchairs, desk, low cabinets to put luggage & shoes on, lots of plugs, microwave, and fridge. rectangle shower and good water pressure. We had second floor with small balcony and 2 comfy chairs and table. We enjoyed jacuzzi, water filter by lobby, and FREE coffee/chocolate/water machine. Tea would be good. Good location if your traveling around and near flagstaff, right off freeway exit. And near Sam’s club. Also, one of the better priced hotels for days we came. Cons: Hotel felt like a motel trying to be hotel. Rooms were plain, could use colored wall, wallpaper, something to liven it up. Lobby carpet and stairs were looked grubby and needed some work and replacement. No elevator made hauling luggage a bit difficult. Bed was bit uncomfortable for me and my husband. The bed would prevent us from coming back. Not the worst but not great for our backs. Also no breakfast, but we knew, just would be nice.

I’m only giving three stars because the TV didn’t work in the room & the walls between the rooms are not insulated well so it sounds like a birthday party going on in the room next door at 10:30 at night.

The rooms had vinal plank floors with no carpet. That made for an exceptionally clean room that was odor free. Price was great and the Dirty Birdie Bar and Grill had delicious food.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our room and found the staff very friendly and eager to help. The only constructive criticism that I have is that the room needs some visual interest to liven up the walls, even if only done with paint. The abundance of outlets and usb plugs was amazing, and the mirror in the bathroom was fabulous for eliminating steam coverage and helpful for doing make up. I also like the complimentary hot cocoa. That machine greatly reduces waste and served up a tasty cup of cocoa- no coffee taste at all.
