Pay more and go elsewhere. This hotel is old, needs updating. There are 3 floors and there is an elevator but hotel has no luggage carts. I was laughed at when I asked if they had any. I had never been to a hotel with no carts. The sidewalks are old and uneven to use a cart so maybe that’s why they didn’t have any I don’t know. The room was ridiculously expensive for what it is. They jacked up pricing for special event in town. My non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and had definitely been smoked in a lot to smell like that. I will definitely never stay in this hotel again. Just another example of an owner who puts in the minimum so they can get max money without doing much. Poor

Roughy didn’t get no sleep

Location was great. But next door guests were too loud. I wished da walls weren’t paper thin. I needed my sleep I keep awake up then they kept open there door or you can hear there very conversations with their families. Other than that cleanliness was fair.

Room was it as clean as it could be hair on floor baseboard s had hair and lots of dust 1st nite loud neibors arguing second was nice. Area the grounds the staff very nice. Stores across the street restaurants very nice

It was a mistake to make a reservation at this place. We booked it the day before - to catch a couple of hours of sleep after a long day of hiking and driving and before driving to Phoenix for an early flight the following morning. The plans changed a bit and we arrived at this motel way earlier. I asked to see the room assigned to us. On a way to the room we came across a drunk or stoned woman sprawled across the stairway… the room itself was terrible and smelled of vomit. In general the place does not feel right and it is dirty. I was very upset and unhappy and wanted to cancel the reservation. It was too late to canceled without loosing the payment. We were given a better room and ended up staying there. I would not recommend this place and I am actually surprised that Hotels.com even offers such a dump to their customers.
