Our room had a completely plugged sink and we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. There was also a water bottle left in the pullout bed. The pool was way too busy and my 2 kids didn’t want to even swim. Other kids kept turning on the mushroom waterfall which was too intense for the little kids even after I continually shut it off. There was a hockey tournament going on that k was unaware of or we wouldn’t have stayed there. It was too busy.

Quiet hotel, comfortable beds, poor water pressure and temperature (even though hotel was mostly empty). Terrible tv / channel alignment with few premiums and the lobby and breakfast area had better channels than the rooms. I booked for one night and if I had stayed another it would have been $30 for the 2nd night even though the hotel was mostly empty. I found a better hotel for less for the 2nd night for less.

The pool area was large with 2 hot tubs, a childrens area and nice pool. Plenty of room for many guests.

I had 4 family members stay early in the week and loved the pool room. We booked a suite here because of the pool. We went to close the curtains and there was chocolate? Smears on the sheer white curtain, about chest level? Not out of the normal usage area. When the bathroom was used, because the fan didn’t work in there the whole room wasn’t very pleasant smelling! I stopped at the front desk to let them know about the curtain and fan. She said she didn’t know if she would be able to take the curtains down. And asked if I wanted another room. I didn’t want to have to move all of our stuff. I said it was ok if someone used some bleach on it and washed it/wiped it clean, but to please leave the window open otherwise the smell would bother me. I thanked her and left. She was very pleasant. Went to use the pool around 9 pm after we got back from dinner and a little shopping. And we were counting on it not being busy as it had been earlier. Well my 13 year old noticed chunky tomatoes and other food floating in the water and kids just swishing it away. She was grossed out because she knew it had to be vomit. She reported it to the desk and they shut the pool down. I then decided that I was not going to try to sit in the hot tub when it would have been shoulder to shoulder!! I decided to take a bath. I had to take my medicine first, it rolled off the back. It was dirty there. A pb cup wrapper. I didn’t touch it, but a finger rubber intimate toy? A safety pin also. The lamps we
