Adjacent to a sprawling park, you'll have access to a public swimming pool, a bike route, and idyllic picnic spots.

This space is an ideal choice for a variety of guests, including holidaymakers, business travelers, and students attending the University of North Dakota (UND) or Northland Community College. After a long day, you can unwind in a peaceful environment, saving money compared to staying in a small hotel room or sublet. Instead, you'll have the entire place to yourself.

Situated in an up and down duplex building, each apartment has its own separate entry, ensuring complete privacy. The rent includes all utilities, and there's ample parking available. You can conveniently park up to two cars at the backside of the house and two more in the driveway. If needed, off-street parking is also available. Additionally, free WiFi is provided, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay.

Despite being situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this apartment offers convenient access to several renowned bars such as Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more, all within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Other amenities like gas stations are also easily accessible. The welcoming atmosphere of the City Pads will make you feel right at home.

Public transportation is conveniently available, with bus stops just a minute's walk away, providing easy access to transportation. Furthermore, services like Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are readily accessible, making it effortless to find transportation within a five-minute radius.

This property offers a convenient location, with everything you need just a short walk away. We acquired this real estate in 2013 and have since made numerous upgrades and remodels to enhance its appeal. Recently, we installed new laminate flooring, upgraded all the light fixtures, and added new furniture pieces from Wayfair. The bathroom and kitchen have also been beautifully remodeled, giving the apartment a tasteful and modern look.
We offer window units A/C in every room during the summer months to ensure a comfortable cooling experience. In the winter, you'll benefit from central heating, and we have a few space heaters available for added comfort. Since the entire property runs on one system, close the vent if you feel too hot. Although the property has aged, the recent exterior and interior remodels have made it a favorite among vacation renters seeking an apartment instead of a hotel room.
Rest assured, this apartment has been thoughtfully upgraded and designed to provide a pleasant stay for our guests.
