This beautiful Grand Haven Condo is the perfect location for your vacation destination. Grand Landing 308 is located 2 miles from Grand Haven State Park and about 1 mile from downtown. Everything is within walking distance, or if you choose, the bike path is nearby and the trolley can take you downtown or to the Lake! Enjoy coffee in the morning on the private balcony or meet your neighbors on the shared roof top deck!

This condo features one formal bedroom with a queen bed, a loft living/sleeping area, and one and a half bathrooms both on the main level. The loft area also features an unofficial second bedroom with a queen bed and a family room with two futons for additional sleeping space. There are also balconies on both floors with patio furniture and a new gas grill. From the moment you walk into this tastefully "beachy" themed condo, you will feel like you are on vacation! This is not a pet-friendly property.
Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show have coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.

Weekend Getaway

Loved this apartment. It was very spacious. The loft area is large and relatively private ... even has a TV. To unlock the entrance door into the building is done digitally with a link that is sent in an email. It was a little annoying trying to find the email each time we returned to the building ... certainly not user friendly. In terms of location, it's right by a bunch of stores, restaurants and a Starbucks, which is convenient. If you want to be within walking distance of the beach, this isn't the place for you, but the walk to downtown Grand Haven is just a few miles, flat and easy.

Conveniently located to downtown grand haven - clean, and comfy. Dryer doesn’t work very well because it shuts off due to overheating - but not a huge deal. Someone should explain where door to condo units is located - gps gets you to parking lot - not evident that entrance is not out by stores. We walked around for several minutes trying to find it.
