We turned the heat off. Handicap room right close to the front desk, and closer to the street noise than we would've liked, but it was OK. Lots of fireworks and cop cars at midnight.

Heat was on 74* when we opened the door, so we had to run the AC to cool it down enough to be somewhat comfortable to sleep in that hotbox! The bisquits and gravy was luke warm at best and cold by the time you got it to a table. We found 3 electrical staples on the carpet that would have been great to step on in the middle of the night! Poor housekeeping and vacuuming. The bed was comfy however.

The hotel had a case of bed bugs in multiple rooms, the sheets felt dirty. the carpet is so dirty it makes your feet/socks look like you were outside, the bathroom tile is dirty, the bathroom light fixture was missing, and the shower had hair all over it like it had not been cleaned. The elevator is also out of service. Plus the staff is in denial of all the issues
