This is a gem in a beautiful country setting. The attention to detail is unrivaled. Stocked kitchen with what you need for cooking, stocked Keurig, plush towels, super clean, beautiful decor, and with real plants. I've stayed at several places in the Grand Junction area and this tops them all! I will definitely stay here again.

Sweet property

Great, clean place. Well stocked kitchen and lovely closed in yard for dogs. Lost a star for location (traffic and train noise over night) and shower head (too low for 6’ spouse to get under).

WOW. Its a wonderful place, with a great small grass yard and outdoor table and bbq. There is a raspberry and a peach tree for fresh fruit if you stay here "in season". The house itself is clean, fresh, really well stocked/supplied, and very very comfortable. It is great for two people and we will stay here again when we are in town. Oh, and communication from the managers and the check in process were both flawless.

Quaint little Carriage House

Overall I would give this property a good review. My only recommendation would be to put a “Carriage House” label on the front of the property, ensure that the 65inch television actually works, and let people know that it is only 60 yards from the RR tracks. I am a sound sleeper but having the glass in the table lamp awaken you at 2:30am is a little freaky.

Adorable!

Needed a place to stay overnight for my pup and I. This carriage house did just that and more! It is a very cute house with a wonderful little garden that allowed my pup freedom to be outside to do his business. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Would love to come stay again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a very short stay so didn't get to enjoy the place or meet the owners but this little property is a gem. Very well appointed inside and comfortable.The only suggestion for a minor change would be the air conditioning unit above the bed-the light from the display shines directly down on your heads. Other than that, fabulous and would stay again!!

Cute Cartridge House

Very nice, clean, safe cottage. Perfect for a couple and a puppy dog. Convenient location, not in downtown, but easy drive to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.
