Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located, fully remodeled apartment. This tranquil space is nicely appointed with all the necessities and a little extra for your comfort. Enjoy nearby activities and convenience, as we are just 3 minutes from Safeway and Walmart for any shopping needs. Close to Hospitals, downtown, Colorado Monument and all that Grand Junction has to offer.
The two bedrooms each have large closets, and and comfy beds with luxurious linens.

All amenities and furnishings are brand new. The full kitchen allows you to enjoy home-cooked meals.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV for relaxing. Lots of large window, so it is light and bright.

Additionally, the spacious private balcony provides a perfect spot to hang out and unwind. Amazing outdoor courtyard with loads of amenities. BBQ, Pergola with comfy seating, large grassy area,Zen Garden, and coming soon therapy spa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The living area is so comfortable and was a perfect gathering spot for our family visit. The home is decorated beautifully and everything feels new. The outdoor area is very charming and welcoming. Beds were quite comfortable and the condo was stocked with many amenities (however a box of tissues would have been appreciated). One item to note - you must climb a somewhat narrow, outdoor flight of stairs to enter this unit. I believe that is an important detail to note in the property description. It was fine for us, but may have been difficult for someone with mobility issues. Sherree was very responsive and helpful with booking details. Overall, a very nice property!
