Great Location for Trips to RMNP

First time staying the Grand Lake area and this condo exceeded our expectations. 5 minute drive to the RMNP. 10 min walk to the town with lots of good restaurants. The Condo had really good amenities and just the right size for a family of 4. Highly recommend .

The back patio was dirty. The screen on the sliding glass door was torn at the bottom so bugs could come in if used. The grass has not cut and was about 3 ft tall. The shower in the master room had mold and the curtain appeared dirty especially at the bottom. The battery on the door entrance did not work so we could not use it and had to have someone bring a key. I would not recommend this rental.

Was a wonderful place to stay! Super comfortable, super clean! Unfortunately, we have found that we like being a little closer in town just because of our little one. If you don’t mind a quick drive into town, you’ll love this place.

Short stay in Grand Lake

This was a perfect condo for my dad, brother and I as we visited RMNP and Grand Lake for a few days in September. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and overall a great place to come back to and relax after being out all day.

Good spot

Good place in town with lots accessible nearby. Condo was comfortable but had things that needed fixing and seemed ignored. Back patio was a mess with weed clippings all over, broken screen door and dog pooped scattered within the remaining weeds all in the back. Could not really use this space or want to. Fire department and local trash disposal just behind with some very load noises early in the morning. Property management was very helpful and wonderful in helping wioiiht a few special needs we had.

Great, except for washing machine.

Very nice condo. The only negative was that the washing machine was obviously broken. We had planned to do laundry the last day of our stay so we would have clean clothes for our next destination. We washed clothes in the kitchen sink and got by. Dryer worked fine. Loved the hummingbirds.

Well appointed and supplied. Only problem was that the emails with access directions did not download until we had been there 2 days! Enjoyed our stay and all the little things supplied that made it comfortable and welcoming.
